Registration Guidelines

• Workshop is open to all students of undergraduate and post-graduate courses, Ph. D. & Post Doc fellows, people in academia, R&D, teaching, consultancy, planning etc., having interest in the fields of workshop themes. Interested participants should fill the registration form till available on the following link:

Guidelines for abstract submission

• Authors are kindly requested to submit their abstracts in either "LaTeX (source file, .zip) format" or "Word document (".doc" extension) file" to ensure consistency in formatting and ease of compilation as per the template provided here: 

• Please ensure that your abstract file includes:

  • Title of the abstract

  • Author names and affiliations

  • Abstract text (preferably within 250–300 words)

NOTE:

• Invited Speakers are requested to submit 1-2 page comprehensive summary of their lecture.

• Abstracts will be published as received in the form of souvenir.

• Abstracts should be submitted with the registration form available above. 

Last Date for Registration and Abstract Submission: August 16, 2025

• The registration fees for the workshop includes workshop kit, dinner, lunch and snacks provided during the sessions.
