Registration Guidelines

• Researchers, faculty, students (UG/PG/PhD), professionals, and enthusiasts from academia, industry, and research organizations are welcome.

• Participation is open to all, including those not submitting an abstract, under the "Participation Only" category.

• Participants are required to fill the following registration form:

Guidelines for abstract submission

• Authors are requested to submit their abstracts in either "LaTeX (source file, .zip) format" or "Word document (".doc" extension) file" to ensure consistency in formatting and ease of compilation as per the template provided here: 

• Please ensure that your abstract file includes:

  • Title of the abstract

  • Author names and affiliations

  • Abstract text (preferably within 250–300 words)

• Abstracts should be submitted with the registration form available above.

Last Date for Registration and Abstract Submission: August 16, 2025 August 31, 2025

• The registration fees for the workshop includes workshop kit, dinner, lunch and snacks provided during the sessions.

• Fees can be paid by scanning the QR code given below or using the UPI ID: 044148749534@sbi

• Confirmation and ID

  • Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent.

  • Please carry a valid photo ID and a copy of your registration confirmation at the time of entry (physical or virtual).
